ISS International offers a complete range of services designed
to ensure assistance to customers in every aspect of seismic monitoring.
Support
Our aim is to assist the customers in all technical
and operational aspects of the ISS in order to maintain the highest
operational standards. Specific services include:
- System Design - assistance with the design
aspects of a system
- Installation - installation of ISS sensors,
seismometers and/or software
- Support - On all hardware and software, 24
hours a day, 7 days a week via telephone, modem and internet
- Training - training in operation, maintenance
and/or seismology
- System maintenance - Repair or replacement
of equipment, regular updates and enhancements of the ISS software
